Our commitment to quality has been recognized year after year. Since October 2001, Surlean Foods has been the annual recipient
of the Silliker, Inc. Gold Certificate of Recognition. A major international chain has, on multiple occasions, awarded us
as its Quality Supplier of the Year as selected from over 12,000 suppliers.
Our products undergo extensive and rigorous daily testing using methods approved by the Association of Official Analytical
Chemists (AOAC), the U.S. food industry’s standard for ensuring accuracy in scientific testing. These daily lab and plant
tests allow us to continually monitor the integrity of our products.

- Communication of USDA, customer and Surlean Foods guidelines
- Review of each day’s results and status of products
